Let us start a motion!  Be part of this.  There is too much hate going on here on Tumblr.  Be it for personal blogs, art blogs, hypster blogs or even the roleplaying blogs, of whom are hit hardest.  It is getting to feel hostile here and that shouldn’t be.  We are a community and a family so let’s make people feel like it.

I have two propositions.  The first is that on the 1st and the 18th of every month, spend a portion of the day and send love to random people.  Even it they aren’t feeling down or aren’t getting hate.  It helps to see a nice message.  I can’t count the number of times, personally, that a random nice message or act of kindness has kept me from doing the worst.  Every message helps.  Do this anon or non anon.  Let us make people happy and make Tumblr a friendly place again.  Let’s chase those icky hate anons away with some love.

My second proposition is more constant.  Two days a month isn’t enough for those struggling in the middle.  This is just for those who really want to do this.  But every day at any hour at :58 send out as many leftover asks you have as love messages.  By the time that you run out of asks it’d be :00 or :01 and all your asks will be there again so there’s no inconvenience.  Let us stand up to the bad feelings and be there for people.  I personally will be doing this on several of my accounts.  Any fandom I can find, any tag.  When I can do it, I will.

Let us start a motion of love and kindness.  Let us make the world a better place for everyone, one kind word at a time.  We can do it.  You can do it.  Remember, you are never alone.
